Apple for you

Hello guys! The picture, APPLE on my t-shirt that I made is special for you. It is very basic for person like me to eat an apple. You have to select the apple from the supermarket. The apple can be sour or sweet. It is all depending on you. How to choose between the sweet and sour guys? Well, I don’t know how to choose because I eat the apple! It can be red apple or green apple. No matter it is sour or sweet!

The apple contains a lot of vitamins. It is good for your health too. People like me have to eat a lot of apple. You can even chew it while you are watching the television. Eat the apple with your family and friends. It is fruit fondue my friend. He .... He ... APPLE guys! Eat them.


  1. An apple has the following vitamins and minerals:

    Vitamin A
    Vitamin C
    Vitamin E
    Vitamin K
    Vitamin B6.

    Of all these, vitamin K is the most precious. We need just a small quantity of vitamin K, but it can only be obtained from the fruits and vegetables we eat, and vitamin K does not come together with multivitamin and multimineral supplements. So we need to get it from the fruits and vegetables we eat everyday.

    Becareful when you eat vitamin A because too much vitamin A is toxic.
