Blackcurrants have many vitamins too. It is good for our health. Our body needs vitamins and minerals.

Blackcurrants contains:-
Vitamin A
Vitamin B1 (thiamine)
Vitamin B2 (riboflavin)
Pantothenic Acid
Vitamin B6
Vitamin C
Vitamin E

However, do not consume it too much my friend! It may contains some other vitamins in small amounts too.
